To be able to do a certain job, your Lady must complete a course. The available courses can be found in the Employment Agency.

Choose a training course according to your level and IQ and start training. You can stop the training temporary and continue it whenever you want from the moment of when it has been stopped.

Note that while your Lady is in training she can't go to work.
