Ghost Castles

Ghost Castles are Castles, randomly generated on the Map, which are property of the Ghost Khan until you Conquer them. There are four levels of Ghost Castles and according to their level their Buildings are developed to a certain level, they have a different Resource gaining rate and their Army has a different number of Units which must be defeated in order to Conquer them. 1st level Ghost Castles are the easiest ones to be Conquered while the 4th level Ghost Castles are the hardest ones.

Every Ghost Castle has the following characteristics:

The Ghost Khan is Master in all Skills; The Ghost Castles are marked as inactive so that they can be attacked by everyone. Players can't attack Ghost Castles until they have reached level 18. The Ghost Castles' starting Loyalty is 20 000; Buildings are developed to different levels depending on the level of the Ghost Castle; The Resource gaining rate differs depending on the Ghost Castle's level but it is always lower than the normal Castle's gaining rate;

In every Ghost Castle there are 20 battle Formations which rotate on a random basis; Ghost Castles can be Abandoned. When Abandoned the Buildings are reduced to the levels from before the initial Conquering, and the Loyalty is 20 000; Owning a Ghost Castle gives points for the Clan ranking; Players cannot send Support Marches to the Ghost Castles, while they are owned by the Ghost Khan; Army in Ghost Castles doesn't regenerate.

  • GK level 1 - 1 point ( 10% less income than normal);
  • GK level 2 - 2 points ( 20% less income than normal);
  • GK level 3 - 5 points ( 30% less income than normal);
  • GK level 4 - 10 points ( 50 less income than normal );

In order to prevent players targeting only Ghost Castles we started counting every battle between every player and a ghost castle depending on GC level.

After a certain player makes 10 attacks that last more than 2 rounds against any Ghost Castle level 1 controlled by the ghost khan on the map the player starts gaining only 75% of the experience he should have gotten. After 20 attacks he starts getting 50% of the experience. After 30 attacks he does not get experience from Ghost Castles level 1 anymore.

Please note that if the Ghost Castle is conquered by another player there is no experience penalty and each level of Ghost Castle is counted for separately meaning that even if you did 30 battles against Ghost Castles level 1 you will still get 100% experience against Ghost Khan Castles level 2,3 and 4.

IMPORTANT: Note that Ghost Castles at 3-rd and 4-th level give a bonus of respectively 50 and 200 points for the Clan ranking when they have been initially Conquered.
