GYIK
1 What is Nemexia?
- Nemexia is a browser based massively multiplayer online game of the strategy genre. It is set in a fictitious universe inhabited by three races of intelligent life.
2 What can I do in Nemexia?
- Players in Nemexia have to manage a space empire along with all its economic and military aspects. Each player possesses their own empire and competes with other players to achieve space supremacy.
3 Which Race should I pick?
- Each of the Races has its own advantages and disadvantages. You can visit the Races section for more info on each one.
4 What is a Premium account?
- A premium account is a subscription option that gives the player additional options, which improve convenience. For a list of the options see: Premium account
5 What are resources and what are they used for?
There are several resources in Nemexia:
- Economic resources –Metal, Minerals and Gas – they are currencies used to pay for buildings, ships, upgrades of ships, sciences, etc.;
- Energy – power that needs to be present for buildings to be constructed;
- Population – this represents space in hangars where ships have to be stored, ships can’t be built without free Population;
- Ozone – environmental resource; affects energy production and can make a Planet temporarily useless if there isn’t enough of it.
6 What should I do in the beginning?
- The best way to start is to follow the Advisrer missions as they are designed in such a way that each task teaches the player about the game.
7 I am under attack, what should I do?
- The easiest way to protect your fleet is to send all of your ships on a flight, for long enough for the enemy attack to pass and your fleet to return after the enemy is gone. You can load resources on to the ships so that the enemy will not be able to steal those resources.
8 How to protect my fleet if I will be unable to log in for a few hours?
- You can send your fleet on a flight and make sure it will not return until you are able to log in (remember that the time displayed when sending a flight is in one direction, so the ships will return in twice the time).
- If you need more time you can use Vacation mode, which pauses your account and protects it from all other players. Note that if you want to stop Vacation mode in less than 24 hours after activation you will have to pay 100 Credits.
- Another option is to use Protection mode, which protects you from all other players’ attacks. Note that every use of this mode, after the first one, costs Credits.
9 Why can’t I construct a certain ship even though I have the needed resources?
- Your Planet might not have enough free population.
- Ships have requirements for the level of the Shipyard and for certain levels of certain sciences to be developed. Check the requirements for the ship and whether you have fulfilled them at the “Technics” screen.
10 Miért nem tudok támadni egy adott játékost?
Ennek több oka lehet:
- Sem a játékos nyersanyagpontjai, sem pedig az összpontszáma nem esnek a Támadási együtthatódon* belül;
- Ha a támadásodban jelen van Halálcsillag/Titán/Nox Királynő a Támadási együtthatód csak a nyersanyagpontjaidon alapul;
- A játékos ki van tiltva vagy Védelem/Vakáció módban van;
- Ha Védelem módban vagy, csak inaktív játékosokat támadhatsz meg;
А Támadási együttható úgy határozható meg, hogy a gyengébb játékos pontjai (nyersanyagpontjai és összpontszáma) szorozva lesznek 2-vel, az erősebb játékoséi pedig osztva lesznek 2-vel.Például:Azt a játékost, akinek a nyersanyagpontjainak a száma 20 000 és összpontszáma 25 000, csak azok a játékosok támadhatják meg, akiknek a nyersanyagpontjainak a száma 10 000 - 40 000 között van, vagy az összpontszáma 12 500 - 50 000 között van.*Ha a támadásban jelen van Halálcsillag/Titán/Nox Királynő a Támadási együttható csak a nyersanyagpontokon alapul;
11 Hogyan játszanak többen ugyanarról az IP címről?
Egynél több felhasználó is játszhat egy IP címről, de van néhány feltétel:
- A játékosoknak jelenteniük kell a közös IP cím használatát az adminisztrátornak a visszajelzésekben;
- A játékosok kötelesek az azonos IP címet használókat helyettesítőként megadni;
A közös IP címről játszó játékosoknak TILOS:
- Bármilyen repülést indítani a két felhasználó között;
- Segítséget nyújtani egymásnak bármilyen módon;
- Ugyanazt a játékost megtámadni;
- Egymásnak ajánlatokat tenni és elfogadni hajókért és nyersanyagért;
- Ugyanazon Szövetséghez tartozni;
- Bejelentkezni a játékba, ha a másik felhasználó kilépése óta nem telt el 15 perc (érvényes, ha a két felhasználó ugyanazt a gépet használja)
12 A Planet of mine became blocked, what happened?
There are 2 reasons for this to happen:
- The population you use became more than the one your Planet has. To resolve this problem you would have to either destroy some ships or use the Populator specialty(note that its bonus might not be enough).
- The Ozone on your Planet has fallen beneath 100. To resolve this issue you can destroy some building levels in order to reduce daily Ozone consumption or use the Buy ozone option.
13 I took an offer from the Trade center, but the resources are not added on my Planet, what happened?
- Try refreshing the page, if this doesn’t work try logging out and then back in again.
- If this doesn’t work check if your storages have the needed capacity to take the resources. In case you take an offer and there is no room for the resources all resources above the capacity are lost.
14 I sent an Astroploatation flight and when my fleet reached the coordinates, there was nothing there, why?
- Since Asteroids change their coordinates once a certain amount of time and you fleet needs time to reach the coordinates, the Asteroid might have moved to the next field by the time your fleet reached the coordinates. See Astroploatation, for info on how to make sure your fleet will intercept an Asteroid.
15 How can I reduce flight time?
- You can research Sciences which increase ship speed, such as Astronomy and Fuel cells.
- You can use Motivation.
16 What is Scrap and what is it used for?
- Scrap is remains and parts of ships and defense units which have been destroyed in battle. It is harvested with recycling ships and can be transformed into usable resources at Recycleing plant/Junkyard/Recycling transformer. For more info see: Scrap.
17 Is it possible to station ships for more than currently maximum allowed population on a Planet?
A single stationing flight’s population is limited to the destination Planet’s available population, but the population is deducted from the Planet’s available population only when the flight arrives.
This means that a player can send more than one stationing flight (from one or more planets) that will take up the planet’s population as long as the previous ones haven’t arrived.
For example: if the destination planet has 1 000 available population, you can send more than one stationing flight, for up to 1 000 population, to it as long as the first one hasn’t arrived and taken up the available population. Be careful if doing so, because it will cause overpopulation and you will be forced to destroy ships.
18 Why should I confirm my email?
Players can confirm their email for a reward of 3 additional days to their Premium account.
To do so open the “Planet” menu, then click on “Win Premium Days” button on the left, under “Confirm you e-mail” there are a field and a button saying “Send e-mail”. When you click on the button, a new message will arrive in your e-mail inbox, containing a confirmation code. Paste the code in the aforementioned field and click on “Confirm”. Now you will receive the reward.
Each player can confirm their e-mail only once. Thats mean that you will not be able to confirm your email each round.
19 What is BBCode and how to use it?
BBCode is a lightweight markup language used to format posts in many message boards. Using BBCode in Nemexia you can style your messages and other personal and Alliance information.
- Text formatting
To make a part of text Bold, Underlined or Italic use the following BBCode tags:
Bold: [b][/b], e.g. [b]Hello![/b] Appears as:Hello!
Underlined [u][/u], e.g.: [u]Hello![/u] Appears as:Hello!
Italic [i][/i], e.g.: [i]Hello![/i] Appears as:Hello!
- Alignment
You can align the text:
Center: [align=center]Text[/align]
Appears as:
It's the human race. After the Terteth rebellion, the only way of survival became the path of war, so a heavy armament became a must. This race has strong and heavy ships with great power.
Left: [align=left]Text[/align]
Appears as:
It's the human race. After the Terteth rebellion, the only way of survival became the path of war, so a heavy armament became a must. This race has strong and heavy ships with great power.
Right: [align=right]Text[/align]
Appears as:
It's the human race. After the Terteth rebellion, the only way of survival became the path of war, so a heavy armament became a must. This race has strong and heavy ships with great power.
- Change the color and size of text?
Mind that colors and sizes depend on the monitor and system settings. To change these, use the following tags:Color [color=][/color]. You can write the color name (red, blue, black etc) or use its hexadecimal value (#FFFFFF, #000000).
Example: [color=red]Hello![/color] Appears as: Hello! or [color=#FF0000]Hello![/color] Appears as: Hello!
You can change the text size using same method, but with the help of [size=][/size] tag.
Example: [size=6]SMALL[/size] Appears as: SMALL or [size=24]HUGE![/size] Appears as:HUGE!
- Combining tags
You can combine tags to get someone’s attention: [size=18][color=red][b]LOOK AT ME![/b][/color][/size] Appears as: LOOK AT ME! Mind that you must ensure that all tags are closed correctly. The following way is also correct : [b][u]Text![/b][/u] Appears as:Text!
- Links
The BBCode has a few features to apply an URL into text. All links are shown into a new window upon clicking. The first one is [url=][/url]. The URL put after the "=" mark will turn the text between the tags into a hyperlink: [url=http://www.nemexia.com/]Visit Nemexia![/url] Appears as: Visit Nemexia!?
Like all BBCode tags, you can apply more than one, e.g. [url][img][/img][/url] (see below), [url][b][/b][/url], etc.. Remember the correct tag order and close all. For example: [url=http://www.nemexia.com/][img=http://static.xs-software.com/nemexia/2/gate/img/gate_2/logo_en_humans.png[/url][/img] - this is a wrong syntax, which may lead to a message deletion, so be careful!
- Images
Before adding image to your message, note thatmany users dislike large pictures and also, ensure that the picture you want to show is uploaded somewhere on a web-server. The BBCode tag is [img=] [/img]. Example: [img=http://static.xs-software.com/nemexia/2/gate/img/gate_2/logo_en_humans.png][/img] Appears as:
