The main purpose of this research is to develop new ways to increase the efficiency of the shields.
Specialities of the research
The main goal of this research is to increase the efficiency of the armors of all ships. Each ship in the begining of the game has different percentage and type of armor:
- Cargoship - 3% Light armor;
- Mega cargoship - 5% Normal armor;
- Scout - 8% Light armor;
- Field fighter - 10% Normal armor;
- Guargian - 12% Light armor (Heavy for Universe 3);
- Battle cruiser - 15% Normal armor;
- Colony ship - 10% Solid armor;
- Spy probe - 5% Light armor;
- Recycler - 3% Heavy armor;
- Solar satellite - 1% Heavy armor (Light for Universe 3);
- Bomber - 16% Heavy armor;
- Destroyer - 18% Heavy armor;
- Speeder - 11% Light armor;
- Tanker - 5% Solid armor;
- Megaton - 16% Normal armor;
- Star fighter - 11% Normal armor;
- Death Star - 25% Solid armor;
